- Analysis and synthesis of bio-systems -
Anthropology - The Pathway of Knowledge-society
Anthropocene - theory of historical development, the geosphere and biosphere, culturosphere and technosphere - these make up the historical record of the planet.
1 - The origination of cultural patterns, the process of cultural development and institutional upgrading - a-the classical civilization established humanities and foundational education, b-development of handicraft workshops and silkroad, c-from printing technology to the internet age;
2 - The development of scientific disciplines, combination of academic debate with technical practice, phenomenon observation and mechanism revealing;
3 - The exploration of interstellar civilizations, art imagination and real technology, medical science and biotechnology in extreme environments.
The Bio-System Science and Engineering (BSSE*),
it's goal is for the advancement of investigating the bio-logic
principles, and implement standardized design and manufacturing in engineering,
which includes the aspects of bio-networks, bio-computing, neuron computer and
organic robots etc..
The biosystem science (system bioscience) is the science
of computational, experimental and engineering manipulation of biosystems, based on the
pan-evolution theory. The BSSE will be explored in the research of the
biosystem
patterning in structural, functional
and evolutional genomics, and the artificial evolution of bionic intelligence (nano-robotics), transgenic organism etc..
The gene-brain biosystem network (1999), is a platform
of informatics for the integrative research of psycho-bio- physics theory, and socio-psycho-biomedical model, will improve the academic collaboration, industrial developing in the field of bio-systems science and engineering.
Methodology - category and graphy theory - network topology, assemble theory - modular design of bio-electronics, artificial intelligence - bioinformatics, genetic engineering -
nano-biotechnology, includes mathematical modeling, computational simulation, technological operation, etc..
Note*:
BSSE - A term for a
whole concept of systems psychology (Parry J.B. 1958), systems ecology
(1963), systems biology (theory-1968, Zieglgansberger
W. & Tolle T.R. -
1993), systems physiology (1973), systems
medicine and pharmacology (1992-1995, system
bio-medicine, 1992), system
genetics (1994) and
synthetic biology (morphology-1910), systems bio-engineering (biological engineering and biotechnology, 1994).
